What we collect

The consultation form asks for your name, email, phone number, the procedure you are interested in and the location.

It also includes an optional field, “In your words”, where you can tell us what you have in mind. What you write there may include information about your health, which Mexican law treats as sensitive personal data. By ticking the acceptance box and submitting the form, you give us your express consent to process it for one purpose only: preparing and scheduling your consultation.

That field is optional and you can leave it empty — the form still sends. We do not need your medical history, medications or test results there; those are reviewed at your consultation, in private, and kept in your medical record, which is governed by Mexican standard NOM-004-SSA3-2012.

If you message us on WhatsApp or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share in that message.

What we use it for

To contact you and schedule your consultation. That is the only necessary purpose, and the reason we ask for your details.

We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and we will not add you to any mailing list unless you ask.

Who else sees it

For the site to work, your data passes through service providers located outside Mexico: Vercel hosts the site, and Google receives each request in a spreadsheet and forwards it to us by email. Both in the United States.

These companies only process the data to provide us the service and cannot use it for anything else. By submitting the form you accept that international transfer, which is necessary for your request to reach us.

No one else sees what you write. We do not share it with laboratories, insurers, lenders or any other clinic.

Cookies and measurement

This site uses Google Analytics to know how many people visit and which pages they see, and Microsoft Clarity, which also anonymously records how people navigate: where they click and how far they scroll. It helps us understand what is clear and what is not.

Clarity has field masking enabled: the recording stores nothing you type into the form — not your name, phone, email, or anything you write in the message field.

Both tools use cookies and both are US companies. You can block cookies from your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works the same without them.

Your rights

At any time you can ask us what data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or ask us to stop using it. These are the ARCO rights under Mexican law: access, rectification, cancellation and objection.

To exercise them, message us on WhatsApp at +52 55 6232 9139 or call the same number, telling us which data you want reviewed and what you want done with it. We reply within twenty business days at most.

You can also withdraw your consent the same way. If you do, we stop contacting you.

Changes to this notice

If we change the tools we use or how we handle your data, we update this notice on this same page. The date of the last update appears at the end.
