A firmer, more defined chest so you feel confident with or without a shirt.
Male chest masculinization is gynecomastia surgery: it reduces enlarged breast tissue in men with liposuction and/or gland removal and defines the chest for a flatter, more masculine contour. It is performed in Mexico City.

Your safety

Your surgery takes place at Hospital Ángeles Clínica Londres in Roma Norte, Mexico City, under national and international safety protocols. The facility is also cardio-protected.
The doctor provides all the care you need with no additional surgeon's fees. Only extra hospital costs, if any, are covered by you.
Is it for me?
Gynecomastia is overdevelopment of breast tissue in men. It can come from excess glandular tissue, excess fat, or — very often — a mix of both. In some men the nipple and areola also look larger or puffy. It is a common reason men feel self-conscious in fitted shirts, at the gym or at the beach.
Male chest masculinization combines, as each case requires, liposuction to remove fat and excision of the firm glandular tissue that liposuction alone cannot remove. The goal is not just a flatter chest but a more defined chest contour that fits the rest of your torso.
Before surgery, it is important to rule out treatable medical causes such as certain medications, anabolic steroids or hormonal imbalances. Your surgeon may ask for lab work or an additional evaluation if needed. In mild cases where the fullness is mostly fat, liposuction alone may be enough; when the chest feels firm or rubbery, especially behind the nipple, glandular tissue is usually present and needs to be excised directly.
Tissue that is removed does not grow back, so results are considered permanent. Even so, significant weight gain can make the area look fuller again, and anabolic steroids or certain medications can stimulate the remaining gland. When there is loose skin, it may need to be removed as well, which means longer scars; your surgeon will go over this with you at your consultation.
This procedure is for adult men with enlarged breasts that don’t improve with exercise or weight loss, or with noticeable asymmetry between the two sides. It may also be considered when gynecomastia comes with loose skin, for example after major weight loss.
In teenagers, gynecomastia often resolves on its own, so surgery is usually reserved for when development has finished and the enlargement persists. Adults who have tried diet and training without change are the most common candidates.
Recovery
Bruising, swelling, numbness and some soreness or burning are normal. You will wear the compression garment as your surgeon directs.
Most patients can return to work after about seven days.
More strenuous activities, including workouts, can usually be resumed after two to three weeks once your surgeon clears you.
Residual swelling and bruising fully resolve within three to six months, and the final contour becomes clear.
Common questions
The surgery takes 1.5 to 3 hours. It is usually an outpatient procedure, so you go home the same day.

Risks include fluid buildup (seroma) or infection, contour irregularities, asymmetry, pigment changes or more noticeable scars, and loss of nipple sensation. In some cases, a second procedure is needed to remove additional tissue.
Pricing depends on your case and is confirmed at your consultation. That visit determines how much is fat versus gland and reviews possible medical causes.
It depends on how your recovery goes and on your follow-up visits with your surgeon. Your length of stay is planned at your consultation.
